It was compiled off of facts from Zillow, Electric companies, and calling Govt offices.
The Jobs list tells you the money you will need for

How much you will make

Do you wanna have a City High Rise Condo?
Typical Rent Of Condo:
Manhattan Average rent $3000.00 of a family sized condo.
Prices go up if you want a doorman or an elevator,
access to washer & dryer or gym.
Living in Manhattan in NYC you need to be a certain type of person.
In order to live comfortably in NYC your income needs to exceed $100,000.00 annually.
You need to enjoy living around all sorts of different people.
Most people use the subway and taxis to go everywhere and they walk a lot.
